Kirby joined Complete Recruitment Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant in 2020. Though she has worked within the industry since 2012, within both internal recruitment and recruitment consultancies.
Kirby's favourite thing about CRS is the supportive and family-friendly environment. She loves working in a team that loves recruitment just as much as she does, a team that celebrates successes and views mistakes as an opportunity for development and growth. Kirby is a bit of an expert at direct sourcing and loves the satisfaction of making a positive impact, on both an individual as well as a business.

Outside of work, Kirby loves indulging in Asian cuisine and spending weekends with her daughter, doing fun activities. She also enjoys relaxing at the pub with a refreshing beer.
