Linda is the founder of Complete Recruitment Solutions, she has been a Professional Recruiter since 1973, working in both the UK and Australia. She launched Complete Recruitment Solutions (CRS) in late 2006 & in July 2010 Linda was awarded the ‘Business Person of the Year’ award, and in August 2011 the company was awarded the award for Outstanding Professional Services. The company also won the ‘Business of the Year’ for 2011. In 2012 & 2013 Linda was awarded the Australian Achiever Award for Excellence in Customer Service and the Australian Small Business Champion Award for Recruitment Services. She was nominated for the University of Western Sydney’s Women of the West Award and was invited to become a Fellow of the RCSA.
In 2017 Linda was awarded the Penrith Local Woman of the Year Award along with 2017 Australian Achiever National Winner for Excellence in Customer Relations.
Also in 2017 Linda made the decision to retire and now enjoys the life of being a Grandma and indulging in her more creative side with pottery and art.
