Business Development Manager

  • $110,000 - $120,000 salary package plus incentives
  • Company vehicle (dual cab)
  • Full-time permanent position based in Western Sydney
Our client is the leader in engineered height safety solutions and confined space solutions and as a result of expansion they are looking for a results driven Business Development Manager to join their team.

This role will be suited to somebody with strong product knowledge of height safety equipment and somebody who will drive growth and contribute to the sales success of the company by fostering relationships, prospecting new business and providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales from business development and prospecting to closing sales and customer service
  • Conducting site sales calls, product presentations and demonstrations
  • Relationship building within our customer base
  • Advocating product lines to current and new customers
  • Conducting business development activities and actively seeking new opportunities for growth
  • Regular reporting
  • Market and competitor activity analysis

  • Experience in engineered height safety and confined space solutions will be an advantage
