About the Role

Our client, located in Penrith within the finance industry, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their friendly team. 
  
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator with a background in a similar industry OR for someone eager to transition into a customer service office-based position. With full training and support provided, our client is committed to equipping you with the skills needed for success. All you need to bring is a positive attitude and an excellent phone manner!

The role involves providing administrative support and customer service, primarily over the phone.

Your new role will include:
  • Collating and gathering documents and personal information for loan applications
  • Assisting in settling finance applications
  • Arranging meetings on behalf of the Broker
  • Providing outstanding customer service and follow-up over the phone and face-to-face 
  • Data entry
  • Packaging finance deals
  • Email management
  • General administration as needed

About You 


We're looking for a friendly and bubbly customer-focused individual who can work full-time hours (9am - 5pm) five days per week in the Penrith office (including a Saturday with a day off through the week)

Essential Criteria:
  • A friendly and professional attitude, showcasing outstanding customer service skills
  • Exceptional telephone manner that customers will appreciate
  • Excellent attention to detail - you will be a detail-oriented person!
  • Proficient computer skills, including Gmail and Microsoft suite
  • The ability to work both in a team and autonomously
  • Availability to work full-time, 9am - 5pm, five days a week in the office—including every Saturday, with a day off during the week
The following will be highly regarded but are not essential:
  • Experience in an administrative support role or telephone-based customer service role within a similar industry (e.g. vehicle dealership, broker firm, or finance industry) will be highly regarded
  • A Certificate IV in Finance or equivalent is advantageous
