Our client is based near Penrith and is a well-established medical practice with the latest equipment. They are poised for growth and are looking for an
experienced Operations Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations
- Supervise and support the team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Human resource leadership, including recruitment, staff development and performance management, team building and delegation
- Analyse data and identify areas for improvement
- Manage budgets and operational planning in coordination with senior leadership
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support clinic operations
- Identify opportunities for expansion and new programs and drive outcomes
- Lead team meetings, providing clear communication on goals and updates
- Represent our client at industry events, promoting their vision and services
This is a highly autonomous role and we're looking for somebody who is a self-starter and a problem solver who can think on their feet.
We are looking for the following key skills:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an Operations Manager within the healthcare industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven experience in developing and rolling out new services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
