Position: HSEQ / Compliance Co-Ordinator
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Co-Ordinator to join our client's team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and managing Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) practices across operations. Your expertise will ensure a safe working environment, regulatory compliance, and continual improvement across all company activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess risks, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to design and maintain HSEQ training programs for all employees, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and implement preventative actions to reduce future risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
  • Manage HSEQ-related documentation, including reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate emerging best practices into our HSEQ strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in an HSEQ role, ideally within industrial maintenance, engineering, or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HSEQ management systems, safety legislation, and industry standards.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and hazard identification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications in HSEQ or a related field are highly preferred.
 
This role is offering a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 pro-rated, based on experience.
