They have an exciting opportunity for a part-time or full-time Payroll & Accounts guru to join their friendly team based in the heart of Penrith!

Your New Role

This is a big role within a very busy team and will suit a highly organised, career-driven individual who enjoys the thrill of a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral and trusted part of the business!

You'll be responsible for handling the accounts administration, payroll, and bookkeeping using MYOB, along with managing HR functions.

Some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Payroll processing 
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Invoicing
  • EOM processes 
  • Debt collection
  • Keeping insurance up to date
  • Reconciliations
  • BAS
  • Preparation of budgets and reporting
  • Onboarding of new staff
  • Contract preparation
  • General administration as required
  
About You

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Payroll & Accounts superstar who has the ability to hit the ground running! 

We are looking for the following key skills:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role responsible for Payroll, Accounts and/or Bookkeeping
  • HR experience is highly desirable 
  • Proficient and strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and MYOB system
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • A positive and motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Expert multitasking skills 
  • The ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • The love of a fast-paced working environment
