A well established financial services company located in Western Sydney is seeking a fulltime Senior Insurance Broker to join their team. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and provides high quality wealth management strategies.
About the Role:
- Review work of junior staff assisting you in the role
- Working towards achieving both your KPI's and your teams revenue
- Managing accounts, servicing, new business, claims and administration responsibilities
- Obtain new business and up-selling opportunities
- Maintain existing client relationships and ensuring client expectations are met
About You:
- Experience in an insurance broker role with great knowledge of insurance products and services
- Tier 1 insurance qualification
- Diploma of Insurance Broking or willingness to achieve this qualification upon commencement
- High level of skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Well presented
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
