A well established financial services company located in Western Sydney is seeking a fulltime Senior Insurance Broker to join their team.  Our client has been in business for over 30 years and provides high quality wealth management strategies.

About the Role:
  • Review work of junior staff assisting you in the role
  • Working towards achieving both your KPI's and your teams revenue
  • Managing accounts, servicing, new business, claims and administration responsibilities
  • Obtain new business and up-selling opportunities
  • Maintain existing client relationships and ensuring client expectations are met
About You:
  • Experience in an insurance broker role with great knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Tier 1 insurance qualification
  • Diploma of Insurance Broking or willingness to achieve this qualification upon commencement
  • High level of skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Well presented
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
