Spare Parts Interpreter

Our client is an international company and is the leader in manufacturing lines, machines and components for transforming materials into finished products.

We are in search of an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter who will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the spare parts division

The Roles:
  • Processing and fulfilling customer orders for spare parts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and replenishing stock levels as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure parts are available when and where they are needed
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a similar spare parts or customer service role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and adeptness in both team collaboration and independent work.
  • Highly motivated, organised, and self-driven, with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management and customer relationship management (CRM) software, i.e Salesforce, Oracle or Navision
  • Excellent communication  both written and verbal as well as great interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic team setting and upholds an outstanding work ethic.
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail and is adept at data analysis.
  • Forklift licence or willing to obtain one
