Australian-owned National Height Safety company. They design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, working predominately on industrial and commercial buildings across Australia.

What do you need:
  • Proven experience as a leader in warehouse operations is a MUST for you to succeed in this role.
  • Current forklift license and full driver license is ESSENTIAL.
  • Familiarity with Tencia ERP and ScanWorx barcode scanning systems or similar warehouse management software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills e.g. Internet-based applications, MS office and outlook.
  • Excellent supervisory and people skills.
  • A passion for change and a drive to deliver the best outcome for all stakeholders – employees, customers, end users.

Your new permanent role  - Workshop Supervisor
  • Responsible for supervising and delegating task to the production team to ensure that targets are achieved 
  • Ensure all orders are packed correctly and despatched on time.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks and shipping containers.
  • Cross-check scanned items with Transfer Notes using our ScanWorx and Tencia ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and spreadsheets.
  • Organize and book dispatch logistics, coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Ensure all work is being completed safely and all employees are adhering to HR and WH&S policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing as needed.
  • Conduct cycle counts to monitor stock accuracy levels.
  • Manual handling, forklift driving and some lifting involved.
  • Oversee stock levels across all branches to ensure consistency without excess.
